👉 Armpit to armpit, under your breasts

Here’s how:

1. Stand comfortably and wear a non-padded bra (or no bra).

2. Using a soft measuring tape, measure straight across your front—from the crease where one arm meets your body (just below the armpit), under your bust, to the same spot on the other side.

3. Make sure the tape lies flat against your skin and follows the natural curve under your bust.
